Benefits of Tenantmaster

Tenantmaster offers tenants cover for:

  1. The equivalent of 6 monthly rental payments as a result of the tenant's death, permanent disability or contracting a dreaded disease.

  2. The equivalent of up to 3 monthly rental payments as a result of the tenant's forced retrenchment.
This ensures that when tenants fall on hard times, they (or their dependants in the event of death) are given a just and equitable time to recover financially, without the threat of eviction.  

During this time the landlord continues to receive the rental income.
